Not everyone needs or wants to sign up for a longer term coaching development programme. Excellerate's laser coaching sessions work well when you want to focus on a single issue. Conducted via telephone or skype, they are efficient and cost effective especially where you have time or budget constraints. Selecting one or two sessions is also a good choice if you haven't experienced coaching before and want to test the process before committing to a longer programme.

A single, focused coaching session is great where you want work on a single specific issue. You can explore the issue and your options more objectively, test new ideas, apply more rigour to your analysis and problem solving to achieve greater definition and clarity. Actions and decisions are more informed.

It's possible to get excellent results within two coaching sessions if you’re tackling a single specific challenge. This option is also effective when you want to work on developing your confidence and expertise in an unfamiliar method, technique or skill to manage a situation more effectively. |
Four sessions are ideal when tackling a more complex challenge. They can be structured as a Progress & Performance plan that enables you to maintain your focus and momentum with constructive accountability. Sessions can be scheduled over regular intervals (e.g. one every 3 months) while still maintaining maximum flexibility.

Programme Cost
The cost ranges between $NZ170 - $250 per session, depending on your specific requirements, the duration and the number of sessions you schedule. While each session lasts for one hour longer sessions can be arranged if required. Costs include preparation, the delivery of the session and post-session follow ups.
