A Realistic and Cost Effective Alternative to One on One Coaching
Mastermind coaching groups leverage growth and effective change because participants learn from each other as well as the coach. Participants in coaching groups challenge each other, explore issues, trade insights, create solutions and share successes.
Group coaching is ideal for groups of employees within an organisation who:
Are working on a specific issue (i.e. leadership, sales, career transition, stress management, life balance)
Prefer the energy, synergy and support of a group setting
Want a cost-effective coaching experience
Do not feel comfortable working one on one
Enjoy supporting others and being supported and encouraged by others
How does it work?
Groups of 6 to 12 employees typically convene around a common interest for one hour twice a month for four months with options to continue with or without new members.
Facilitated by an Excellerate coach, participants are guided through an interactive process of exploring opportunities, clarifying desired outcomes, reviewing current reality, identifying the gaps and obstacles to success and establishing effective action plans to move forward.
Designed around a proven coaching model, participants take ownership of the process and are held accountable for the outcomes and actions agreed. Group members quickly establish an agenda of common concerns and soon find themselves in a highly interactive, supportive learning community.
Benefits of Group Coaching
"No two minds ever come together without thereby
creating a third, invisible, intangible force,
which may be likened to a third mind."
Napoleon Hill
Its cost effective. Group coaching is more affordable than one on one individual coaching.
Its just-in-time solutions. Participants rapidly share their individual, team and organizational best practices for mutual benefit
It's deep learning.
Individuals benefit from the combined wisdom of each other as well as from the coach. This collective wisdom can represent decades of professional and experience.
It has accountability
Since group sessions are held on alternate weeks, group members (and your coach) are eager to hear about progress and achievements. Participants are energized, connected to a community, and ready to take action.
Group workshops can be supported by one-to-one coaching follow-up. This ensures commitments are met and learning is fully integrated for genuine, sustainable results.
Investment
The cost of group coaching programmes is determined by the needs, the duration and the number of employees involved. Please contact Excellerate for a no obligation, confidential consultation and assessment of your needs.
