How does Group Coaching Working work?
Groups of up to 8 employees typically convene around a common interest for one hour twice a month for three months with options to continue with or without new members.
Facilitated by an Excellerate coach, participants are guided through an interactive process of exploring opportunities, clarifying desired outcomes, reviewing current reality, identifying the gaps and obstacles to success and establishing effective action plans to move forward.
Designed around a proven coaching model, participants take ownership of the process and are held accountable for the outcomes and actions agreed. Group members quickly establish an agenda of common concerns and soon find themselves in a highly interactive, supportive learning community.
Since group sessions are held on alternate weeks, group members (and your coach) are eager to hear about progress and achievements. Participants are energized, connected to a community, and ready to take action. Individuals benefit from the combined wisdom of each other and their coach.
