Coaching Leadership Performance and Potential
Excellerate’s Performance coaching develops frontline managers, supervisors and team leaders in the context of their current jobs, without removing them from their day-to-day responsibilities. It focuses on their specific needs and challenges so small changes in behaviour can have a significant impact on their team and the organisation.

The Leaders coaching programme involves a holistic approach that integrates personal and business goals

The process begins with a comprehensive assessment using Excellerate's Leadership Development Framework. Specific personal and organisational goals are identified and tied to a timeline. From there, in weekly or twice monthly coaching sessions the coachee moves towards their goals with structure and accountability.
