Stage 1 Assess |

Consultation and Needs Assessment The analysis phase involves individual assessment, personal profiling and consultation with the coachee and stakeholders to identify strengths, challenges, goals and development opportunities. This ensures the coachee, sponsors and coach are clear about the individual and business needs to be addressed through the coaching and development process. |

Stage 2 Design |
|
Programme Design and Action Planning Based on the consultation and assessment process a personalised programme and results-oriented action plan, referenced to specific objectives and criteria which integrate personal, professional and organisational needs, are agreed with the coachee and sponsors. The coaching format and structure is finalised which may include either one or a combination of face to face and telecoaching. |

Stage 3 Coaching |
|
Coaching Catalysing Change Face to face coaching sessions are conducted on site and require a commitment of 60-75 mins each week for a minimum of 8 weeks with coachees completing fieldwork between each coaching session. Coachees have access to unlimited email support and receive their Excellerating Performance® manual containing their personal profile, worksheets, self-assessments, readings, tools and templates. |

Stage 4 Evaluate |
|
Evaluation Excellerate assists coachee(s) and their stakeholders to measure the impact of their coaching through internal and external measures. These may include: Self-assessment to evaluate progress and achievement and specific goals and objectives with criteria based on factors that the individual has direct ability to influence.e.g. productivity and financial reporting, customer, colleague, direct report and manager feedback |
