Coaching Employee Performance and Potential

Performance coaching yields a high return on investment because
the process is totally customised to the employee's challenges and needs

Today's constant and often rapid organisational change, combined with the demand for high performance teams, means most employees will need to acquire, adapt, or refresh skills throughout their careers. Excellerate's Performance Coaching not only helps employees with this skill building but we take it further. We provide the support to ensure employees successfuly integrate new behaviours into everyday practice, expanding their capability and building their confidence to tackle even greater challenges.

"I loved the coaching.
It has helped me figure out why people react the way they do
and it has also given me an appreciation of me and my skills"

Stage 1 Assess

Consultation and Needs Assessment
The analysis phase involves individual assessment, personal profiling and consultation with the coachee and stakeholders to identify strengths, challenges, goals and development opportunities. This ensures the coachee, sponsors and coach are clear about the individual and business needs to be addressed through the coaching and development process.

Stage 2 Design

Programme Design and Action Planning
Based on the consultation and assessment process a personalised programme and results-oriented action plan, referenced to specific objectives and criteria which integrate personal, professional and organisational needs, are agreed with the coachee and sponsors. The coaching format and structure is finalised which may include either one or a combination of face to face and telecoaching.

Stage 3 Coaching

Coaching Catalysing Change
Face to face coaching sessions are conducted on site and require a commitment of 60-75 mins each week for a minimum of 8 weeks with coachees completing fieldwork between each coaching session. Coachees have access to unlimited email support and receive their Excellerating Performance® manual containing their personal profile, worksheets, self-assessments, readings, tools and templates.

Stage 4 Evaluate

Evaluation
Excellerate assists coachee(s) and their stakeholders to measure the impact of their coaching through internal and external measures. These may include:
Self-assessment to evaluate progress and achievement and specific goals and objectives with criteria based on factors that the individual has direct ability to influence.e.g. productivity and financial reporting, customer, colleague, direct report and manager feedback

Example of a One on One Coaching Programme

Coaching creates an environment where actions do not have to be defended
and where there won't be criticism for 'doing it wrong' –
merely a joint enthusiasm to do better
