Performance coaching yields a high return on investment because the process is totally customised to the employee's level, position, challenges, needs, goals and aspirations
Constant and rapid organisational change, combined with the demand for high performance teams, means most employees will need to acquire, adapt, or refresh skills throughout their careers. Excellerate's Performance Improvement and Professional Development coaching helps employees with this skill building. Coachee's receive the support and guidance they need to successfully integrate new behaviours into everyday practice, expanding their capability and confidence to tackle even greater challenges.
"I loved the coaching.
It has helped me figure out why people react the way they do
and it has also given me an appreciation of me and my skills"

Excellerate Provides Employee Coaching in Four Areas of Development
Performance Coaching
Performance coaching helps employees to better understand the requirements of their job and the competencies needed to fulfill those requirements. They identify any gaps in their current performance, and opportunities to improve performance. An Excellerate coach works with the employee, their manager, and others in their workplace to help the employee close performance gaps. Throughout their coaching programme the employee develops new ways of thinking, works on specific behaviours, develops new skills, identifies and implements results focused strategies, and plans for further professional development.
This form of coaching often helps individuals who are otherwise very successful in their current jobs or who are taking on new responsibilities to expand their knowledge, skills and behavioural repetoire.
High-Potential Developmental Coaching
An Excellerate coach works with the organisation to develop the potential of an individual who has been identified as key to the organisation’s future or are who part of the organisation’s succession plan. The focus of the coaching typcially includes competency development, or assistance with stretch assignments like planning and implementing strategic projects.
Personal Impact and Interpersonal Effectiveness Coaching
This form of coaching helps individuals gain self-awareness about how they are perceived by others and why they are perceived in that way. The coach helps the employee to develop new and more effective ways to interact with and influence others.
Career Development and Alignment Coaching
Coaching helps individuals identify what they want and need from their career, then make decisions and take the necessary actions to accomplish their career objectives in balance with the other parts of their lives.
Excellerate's Four Stage Coaching Process
Coaching creates an environment where actions do not have to be defended
and where there won't be criticism for 'doing it wrong' –
merely a joint enthusiasm to do better

Stage 1 Assess
|
|
Consultation and Needs Assessment The analysis phase involves individual assessment, personal profiling and consultation with the coachee and stakeholders to identify strengths, challenges, goals and development opportunities. This ensures the coachee, sponsors and coach are clear about the individual and business needs to be addressed through the coaching and development process.

Stage 2 Design

Programme Design and Action Planning Based on the consultation and assessment process a personalised programme and results-oriented action plan is agreed with the coachee and sponsors. The programme is referenced to objectives and criteria that are aligned to personal, professional and organisational needs. The coaching format and structure is then finalised. This includes a combination of onsite face to face coaching, email and, where appropriate, telecoaching. |

" I have had an interview with the University and I've spent a couple of days in both Secondary and Primary Schools – I really enjoyed both of them. I think it could be a career I could get a lot of value from. It was great to meet you earlier this year and thanks for all your help, you helped me to realise that I was in the wrong place."
